This Privacy Policy explains how FitaSol LLC, doing business as 2Hands App ("2Hands," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use the 2Hands Platform. It applies to Customers, Helpers, visitors, applicants, and other individuals who interact with the Platform.
1. Who Operates 2Hands
2Hands is operated by FitaSol LLC d/b/a 2Hands App, Utah, United States. Website: 2handsapp.com. Privacy and support inquiries: support@2handsapp.com.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use 2Hands, we may collect account and identity information, contact information, Helper application information, service request information, location information, communications, payment and transaction information, photos and uploads, device and technical information, analytics information, consent records, legal acceptance records, safety and fraud information, and information received from service providers.
3. Account Information
When you create or maintain an account, we may collect first and last name, phone number, email address, account type, account status, profile information, authentication identifiers, registration date, and related account information. Some information may be required to use specific features.
4. Phone Authentication
2Hands currently uses Firebase or related Google authentication technology to support phone-based authentication and verification. Your phone number and technical authentication information may be processed to send or validate verification codes, authenticate your account, prevent abuse, maintain sessions, and protect account security. Twilio is not currently used for 2Hands login OTP or Firebase authentication.
5. Helper Information
If you apply to become or operate as a Helper, we may collect name, phone number, email, profile information, service preferences, skills or experience, availability, service areas, application and approval status, request history, ratings, performance information, payment information, tax-related information, identity information, submitted documents, and other information reasonably necessary to operate the Helper program.
6. Identity and Eligibility Verification
2Hands may use internal or third-party tools to verify identity, account eligibility, documentation, or other information. Depending on the process, this may include government-issued identification information, name, date of birth, photographs, selfies, document images, verification results, and fraud-prevention indicators. A third-party provider may collect information directly under its own privacy terms, and 2Hands may receive a verification result rather than all underlying data.
7. Service Request Information
When a Customer creates a request, we may collect service category, task description, requested date and time, estimated duration, number of Helpers, service location, special instructions, photos, access information, preferences, pricing information, and communications related to the request. We use this information to operate the marketplace and facilitate the transaction.
8. Information Shared With Helpers
When necessary to facilitate a request, selected information may be disclosed to eligible or confirmed Helpers. Before confirmation, we may limit information to general category, general location or city, estimated duration, requested time, physical requirements, and relevant task details. Exact address, phone number, or sensitive contact information may be limited until reasonably necessary.
9. Information Shared With Customers
Customers may receive information about Helpers relevant to a request, which may include first name or profile name, profile photo if applicable, ratings, service-related profile information, status, estimated arrival, and other information reasonably necessary to coordinate the request. We do not intend to disclose unnecessary sensitive Helper information.
10. Location Information
2Hands may collect or process service addresses, city or general service area, device location when permission is provided, estimated distance, route or travel information, Helper location during relevant service activity, and location-derived status information. Location may be used to identify nearby requests, match Users, calculate distance, estimate travel, support arrival/status, prevent fraud, protect Users, and operate the Platform.
11. Precise Location
Certain functionality may require more precise location information. Where applicable, 2Hands may request device or browser permission before accessing it. We use precise location for legitimate Platform purposes such as coordinating active service, confirming arrival, safety, distance, or fraud prevention. We do not sell precise geolocation information.
12. Communications Between Users
2Hands may collect or retain messages, request notes, support communications, complaints, dispute communications, and other correspondence made through or submitted to the Platform. These records may be used to facilitate requests, provide support, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, investigate safety incidents, enforce policies, and comply with law.
13. SMS Communications
2Hands may use Twilio or another communications provider to deliver transactional SMS messages relating to account activity, welcome or onboarding information, available Helper opportunities, request status, Helper confirmation, arrival information, cancellations, completion, and other operational events. SMS consent is handled separately from general Terms acceptance when required.
14. SMS Consent
When 2Hands requests SMS consent, the User may be presented with a separate optional consent control. If you affirmatively opt in, message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, and supported opt-out instructions including STOP may be available. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing or using the general Platform where separate consent is required. 2Hands may maintain records of consent and opt-out activity.
15. Mobile Information and SMS Consent Are Not Shared for Marketing
2Hands does not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging opt-in and consent information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be provided to communications service providers such as Twilio only as reasonably necessary to deliver messaging, maintain compliance, prevent fraud, or support Platform communications.
16. Opting Out of SMS
You may opt out of supported 2Hands SMS messages by using the opt-out method provided with the program, including replying STOP where applicable, or contacting support@2handsapp.com. Opting out does not necessarily terminate your account. We may retain a suppression or opt-out record to honor your preference.
17. Email Communications
2Hands may use email for account communications, Helper application information, available opportunity notifications, request updates, support communications, administrative notices, legal notices, and other operational messages. Where marketing emails are introduced, applicable choices or unsubscribe mechanisms will be provided as required.
18. Push Notifications
If enabled, 2Hands may send push notifications concerning available requests, request updates, Helper activity, account information, and other service-related events. Users can generally control push permissions through device or browser settings.
19. Payment Information
2Hands may use payment processors such as Stripe. Payment information may be provided directly to the processor. 2Hands may receive limited information such as payment method type, card brand, last four digits, payment token or identifier, transaction amount, payment status, refund status, dispute information, and transaction identifiers. 2Hands does not intend to directly store complete card numbers or card security codes.
20. Helper Payout Information
If Helper payouts are enabled, payment providers such as Stripe may collect identity information, banking information, tax information, business information, and other compliance information necessary to establish or maintain a payout account. Some of this may be collected directly by the payment provider.
21. Tax Information
Where required for Helper tax reporting or payment obligations, 2Hands or its providers may collect information necessary for W-9, 1099, or successor reporting. Tax information may include sensitive identifiers. Access should be limited to authorized personnel and providers with a legitimate need. Legally required tax and payment records may be retained after account closure.
22. Photos and Uploaded Content
Users may submit profile photos, task photos, before-and-after images, documentation, receipts, incident evidence, identity documents, or other files. We use uploaded content for the purpose submitted and related Platform operations, safety, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and compliance. Users should not upload unnecessary sensitive information.
23. Device and Technical Information
When you access the Platform, we or our providers may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language, referring URL, session information, timestamps, technical identifiers, and application or browser events. This information may be used for security, authentication, fraud prevention, diagnostics, analytics, performance, legal acceptance records, and Platform improvement.
24. Cookies and Similar Technologies
2Hands may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, or similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, authenticate Users, protect accounts, understand usage, measure performance, detect errors, prevent fraud, and improve the Platform. Where required, Users may be provided a cookie or tracking preference interface. Some essential technologies are necessary for operation.
25. Analytics
2Hands may use analytics tools to understand how the Platform is used. Analytics may include pages viewed, features used, navigation activity, device information, session activity, performance information, and aggregated usage patterns. We use this information to understand performance and improve the User experience.
26. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools
2Hands may use automated systems or AI-assisted tools to classify requests, identify request categories, detect unsupported or potentially unsafe requests, assist matching or routing, generate operational suggestions, support customer service, identify potential fraud, or improve Platform functionality. Automated systems may make mistakes; human review may be used where appropriate for significant safety, support, or account decisions.
27. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to create and maintain accounts, authenticate Users, operate the marketplace, create and display requests, connect Customers and Helpers, coordinate services, process payments, facilitate payouts, send communications, provide support, manage Helper applications, verify identity or eligibility, calculate location and distance, maintain safety features, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate incidents, enforce Terms and policies, maintain legal and consent records, comply with law, improve the Platform, diagnose technical issues, and protect 2Hands, Users, and others.
28. How We Share Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to Customers and Helpers involved in transactions; cloud hosting and infrastructure providers; authentication providers; payment processors; SMS and communications providers; email providers; mapping and location providers; analytics providers; identity or fraud-prevention providers; tax and payment reporting providers; professional advisers; government authorities where legally required; and parties involved in a corporate transaction. Access should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.
29. Service Providers
Service providers may process information on behalf of 2Hands to provide technical or operational functions. Examples may include Google/Firebase for authentication, Twilio for SMS, Stripe for payments and payouts, Google Maps-related services for location and mapping, hosting and database providers, email providers, analytics services, and other technology vendors. These providers may maintain their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
30. Sharing Between Customers and Helpers
Because 2Hands is a marketplace, certain information must be exchanged between Users to facilitate a request. We attempt to limit exchange to information reasonably related to the transaction. Customers and Helpers are independently responsible for how they use information they receive outside 2Hands' control and may not use another User's information for harassment, fraud, identity theft, unauthorized marketing, sale of personal information, or unrelated purposes.
31. Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, theft, or serious misconduct, prevent imminent harm, enforce agreements, protect 2Hands, or respond to authorized government or law-enforcement requests. We may challenge or limit requests where appropriate and legally permitted.
32. Business Transfers
If FitaSol LLC or the 2Hands Platform is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any successor receiving personal information remains subject to applicable privacy obligations.
33. Sale of Personal Information
As of the effective date of this Policy, 2Hands does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. 2Hands also does not sell mobile phone numbers or messaging consent information. If practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide notices or opt-out mechanisms required by law before engaging in practices requiring them.
34. Targeted Advertising
As of the effective date of this Policy, 2Hands does not process personal information for targeted advertising as defined by applicable consumer privacy law. We may conduct contextual marketing, measure our own campaigns, or use aggregated analytics without necessarily engaging in legally defined targeted advertising. If practices change, applicable choices will be provided where required.
35. Data Security
2Hands uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, and disclosure. Measures may include access controls, authentication, restricted administrative permissions, server-side secrets, encrypted transmission where supported, database access controls, logging, and other practices appropriate to the information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
36. Data Minimization
We attempt to collect and retain information reasonably related to legitimate Platform purposes. Users should avoid providing unnecessary sensitive personal information in request descriptions, messages, photos, support tickets, or other free-text fields.
37. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain active accounts, complete transactions, maintain financial records, support tax reporting, resolve disputes, investigate safety incidents, prevent fraud, maintain opt-out records, enforce restrictions, document legal acceptance, and comply with law. Different categories may be retained for different periods.
38. Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion through available Platform functionality or support. Deletion does not necessarily mean every record is immediately or permanently erased. We may retain information for fraud prevention, safety, restriction enforcement, financial or tax reporting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, payment records, consent or opt-out evidence, legal acceptance records, or establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Where possible, unneeded identifying information may be deleted, de-identified, or restricted.
39. Deleted and Blocked Users
2Hands may retain limited identifying information concerning deleted, suspended, or blocked accounts when reasonably necessary to prevent immediate replacement accounts or protect the Platform. This may include a phone-number identifier or other limited fraud-prevention information and is not intended to preserve unnecessary profile information indefinitely.
40. Legal Acceptance Records
2Hands may maintain records showing when a User accepted Terms of Service, Privacy notices, Helper agreements, payment authorizations, or other legal documents. Records may include User identifier, document type, version, timestamp, IP address, user agent, acceptance event, and document/content hash. These records may remain after account closure where reasonably necessary.
41. SMS Consent Records
2Hands may retain records of SMS opt-in, opt-out, consent text, consent version, timestamp, phone number, and related delivery or compliance information. Opt-out information may be retained after account closure to prevent messages contrary to the User's preference.
42. Children's Privacy
2Hands is not intended for individuals under 18 to independently create accounts, request services, or operate as Helpers. We do not knowingly invite children to create independent accounts. If we learn that personal information was collected from a child where collection was not permitted, we may take appropriate steps to delete or restrict it. Customers may not use 2Hands to arrange prohibited childcare or unsupervised services involving minors.
43. Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and whether applicable law covers 2Hands and the relevant processing, you may have rights to confirmation, access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of certain uses such as sale or targeted advertising. Rights are subject to exceptions, verification, legal retention requirements, and the scope of applicable law.
44. Utah Privacy Rights
Where the Utah Consumer Privacy Act applies, eligible Utah consumers may exercise rights provided under that law, potentially including confirmation of processing, access, correction of inaccuracies where applicable, deletion of certain data, portability, and opt-out of targeted advertising or sale. 2Hands does not currently sell personal data or process it for targeted advertising as described above.
45. How to Exercise a Privacy Right
To submit a privacy request, contact support@2handsapp.com or use privacy/account controls made available through the Platform. Clearly state the request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling it and will not request more information than reasonably necessary for verification.
46. Verification of Privacy Requests
To protect Users, we may verify that the person submitting a request is the account holder or otherwise authorized. Verification may involve account authentication, phone verification, email verification, or other information reasonably necessary to confirm identity. If we cannot reasonably verify the request, we may be unable to provide certain account information.
47. Authorized and Legally Permitted Retention
A deletion request may not require deletion of information we are permitted or required to maintain, including information necessary to complete a transaction, maintain security, prevent fraud, honor an opt-out, maintain financial or tax records, comply with law, investigate misconduct, enforce agreements, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
48. Non-Discrimination
Where required by law, 2Hands will not unlawfully discriminate against a User solely because the User exercises an applicable privacy right. Some information is necessary to provide particular Platform functions; if you request deletion of information necessary to operate an account or transaction, some services may no longer be available.
49. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Platform may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. 2Hands does not control independent privacy practices of third parties when they process information for their own purposes. Users should review the privacy notices of third-party services they choose to use.
50. International Users
2Hands is currently designed primarily for operation in the United States. If the Platform becomes available to Users in other jurisdictions, additional privacy laws may apply. We may update this Policy or provide supplemental notices as necessary.
51. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Platform, our practices, or legal requirements change. Each published version may include a version number, effective date, and a record identifying the applicable policy text. If a change materially affects how personal information is collected, used, or disclosed, we may provide additional notice or seek additional consent where required.
52. Previous Versions
2Hands may retain prior versions of this Privacy Policy for compliance, audit, and documentation purposes. A User's acknowledgment or acceptance record may identify the version in effect at the relevant time.
53. Relationship to the Terms of Service
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. The Terms of Service govern general Platform use. Additional policies or agreements may apply, including the Cancellation & Refund Policy, Helper Agreement, SMS consent, payment authorizations, and transaction-specific notices.
54. Contact Us
Questions, concerns, privacy requests, or requests concerning your personal information may be submitted to FitaSol LLC d/b/a 2Hands App, Utah, United States, at support@2handsapp.com or 2handsapp.com.
