These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and FitaSol LLC, doing business as 2Hands App ("2Hands," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 2Hands website, applications, technology, communications, and related platform features collectively referred to as the "Platform."
2Hands is a technology marketplace. 2Hands does not perform the underlying services requested through the Platform.
By creating an account, affirmatively accepting these Terms, submitting or accepting a request, or otherwise using the Platform after acceptance, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
1. About 2Hands
2Hands provides technology that allows individuals seeking assistance ("Customers") to connect with independent individuals willing to perform requested tasks ("Helpers"). The Platform may facilitate service requests, discovery of opportunities, matching, communications, scheduling, pricing information, payments, location and status information, notifications, support, identity and account verification, fraud prevention, reviews, ratings, and related tools. 2Hands provides the Platform and does not perform the underlying tasks.
2. Platform Only — 2Hands Does Not Provide the Underlying Services
2Hands is not the provider of services performed by Helpers. 2Hands does not itself perform moving, cleaning, painting, construction, event staffing, companionship, physical assistance, household work, errands, or other tasks requested through the Platform. The actual task is performed by the Helper who accepts it. Facilitation, payment collection, pricing, matching, support, monitoring of Platform activity, or enforcement of Platform rules does not make 2Hands the provider of the underlying service.
3. FitaSol LLC and the 2Hands Platform
2Hands is operated by FitaSol LLC under the 2Hands trade name. FitaSol LLC's role under these Terms is as operator of the 2Hands Platform. Any separate business activities or services performed by FitaSol LLC outside a 2Hands marketplace transaction are separate from Helper services through 2Hands and require a separate written agreement where applicable.
4. Customers and Helpers
A "Customer" is a user who creates or purchases a request through the Platform. A "Helper" is a user who elects to make themselves available to independently perform requests. Customers and Helpers are collectively "Users." A person may use different Platform functions at different times, subject to eligibility requirements.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to independently create requests, accept requests, or perform services through 2Hands. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You may not impersonate another person or create an account using information you are not authorized to use. 2Hands may establish additional eligibility requirements for particular Platform functions or categories.
6. Accounts
Each User is responsible for activity occurring through the User's account and for maintaining control of the User's phone, authentication credentials, and devices.
You may not share verification codes, access another person's account without permission, create false identities, circumvent account restrictions, use multiple accounts to manipulate the Platform, or create a new account to evade a prior suspension, restriction, or termination.
7. Previously Deleted, Restricted, or Suspended Accounts
Deleting an account does not automatically create a right to open a new account using the same phone number, identity, device, payment information, or other identifying information. 2Hands may retain limited records necessary to enforce restrictions, prevent fraud, comply with law, maintain safety, or resolve disputes. A previously deleted, suspended, or restricted User may be required to contact 2Hands before registering again.
8. Authentication
2Hands may use third-party authentication providers, including Firebase, for phone verification, login, and account authentication. Authentication technology is separate from performance of services between Customers and Helpers. Users may not attempt to defeat, manipulate, or circumvent authentication or verification mechanisms.
9. Creating a Request
Customers may submit a description of a task for which they seek assistance. Customers must provide reasonably accurate information that could materially affect whether a Helper wishes or is able to perform it, including type of work, location, expected duration, physical requirements, access limitations, equipment, known hazards, number of Helpers, pets, parking, and other material circumstances. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of information supplied.
10. No Guarantee a Request Will Be Fulfilled
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a Helper will be available, accept, perform the task, begin at a particular time, or complete the request. 2Hands may reject, pause, remove, limit, or require clarification regarding requests that appear unsafe, unlawful, misleading, unsupported, inappropriate, or inconsistent with Platform policies.
11. Helper Opportunities and Acceptance
2Hands may make a request visible to one or more Helpers who appear eligible. Helpers decide whether they wish to accept or express interest. Receiving an SMS, email, push notification, request card, or other opportunity notification does not guarantee assignment or confirmation. A Helper should not perform a request until it has been confirmed through the Platform.
12. Helper Independence
Helpers perform tasks independently. Except to the extent required by applicable law, Helpers are not employees, agents, partners, franchisees, joint venturers, or representatives of 2Hands merely because they use the Platform. Helpers have no authority to bind 2Hands or FitaSol LLC.
Helpers independently determine whether to make themselves available and whether to accept opportunities, subject to Platform eligibility, safety, and conduct requirements. Legal classification ultimately depends on applicable law and the actual relationship, not terminology alone.
13. Helper Responsibility
Each Helper is responsible for determining whether the Helper possesses the experience, ability, physical capacity, equipment, permits, licenses, insurance, or other qualifications legally or practically necessary to perform an accepted request. A Helper must decline or stop a request that is materially different, unsafe, unlawful, outside required qualifications, or otherwise in violation of Platform policies. Helpers are responsible for their own acts and omissions.
14. No Physical Supervision by 2Hands
2Hands does not continuously direct, control, or supervise the physical manner in which a Helper performs a task. Time tracking, arrival status, GPS or location information, check-in or check-out, photos, customer confirmation, communications, request status, and ratings are operational tools and do not by themselves make 2Hands an employer, supervisor, foreman, contractor, or physical service provider.
15. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a reasonably safe and lawful environment, disclosing material information, and not knowingly concealing hazards or materially misrepresenting a request. Customers are responsible for having authority to request work at the identified location and, if they do not own the property, represent that they have permission to request the applicable task.
16. Conduct Between Users
Users must treat other Users reasonably and lawfully. Violence, threats, harassment, sexual misconduct, discrimination prohibited by law, theft, fraud, intentional property damage, coercion, stalking, and other dangerous or unlawful conduct are prohibited. Each User is responsible for their own behavior. Misconduct of one User does not become conduct of 2Hands merely because the parties connected through the Platform.
17. Prohibited and Restricted Services
2Hands may prohibit or restrict tasks based on safety, legality, licensing, insurance, or Platform policy.
Users may not use the Platform for illegal services, sexual services, childcare or babysitting, unsupervised services involving minors, illegal drugs, violent or criminal activity, unlawful weapons, dangerous or unlawful hazardous materials, services requiring a license when the performer lacks the required license, restricted transportation activities, or other activities presenting unacceptable safety, legal, or operational risk.
18. Changes to the Requested Work
A Helper is not required to perform material work outside the original request. If a Customer requests additional work, time, Helpers, materials, or a materially different task, the change should be documented and approved through the Platform when available. Additional services may result in additional charges. Helpers may not pressure Customers into unnecessary or unauthorized additional charges.
19. Pricing
2Hands may display prices, estimates, hourly rates, Platform fees, minimum charges, additional Helper rates, travel-related amounts, or other pricing information. Pricing may vary by service category, time, duration, location, number of Helpers, complexity, availability, travel, approved additional work, and other disclosed factors. An estimate is not necessarily a guaranteed final price when the amount depends on actual time or approved changes.
20. Platform Fees
2Hands may charge Customers, Helpers, or both Platform-related fees as disclosed in the applicable transaction or Platform interface. 2Hands may modify its pricing structure for future transactions. Changes do not retroactively alter already-confirmed transactions unless the User expressly approves the applicable change or applicable law provides otherwise.
21. Payments
Payments may be facilitated through third-party processors, including Stripe. 2Hands does not intend to directly store complete card numbers or card security codes on its own application servers. Customers may be required to provide a valid payment method. Payments may include service amounts, Platform fees, approved additional work or time, applicable cancellation charges, tips when available, taxes when applicable, and other disclosed amounts.
22. Payment Authorization
Acceptance of these general Terms is not by itself unlimited authorization for arbitrary future charges. When appropriate, 2Hands may obtain a separate payment authorization allowing a disclosed amount or payment method to be charged according to stated conditions. Users remain responsible for legitimate amounts they authorize or incur.
23. Payment Holds and Failed Payments
2Hands or its payment processor may authorize, hold, capture, retry, reverse, or refund payment transactions according to applicable authorization and processor rules. If payment fails, is disputed, reversed, or cannot be authorized, 2Hands may pause or cancel a request, restrict account functionality, request another payment method, or seek legitimate outstanding amounts.
24. Off-Platform Payments and Circumvention
Where the Platform requires payment through 2Hands, Customers and Helpers may not intentionally circumvent the Platform to avoid fees associated with a transaction originally created through 2Hands. Users may not use 2Hands primarily to obtain another User's contact information and then move the same transaction outside the Platform to avoid applicable charges or rules. 2Hands may restrict accounts involved in intentional circumvention.
25. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Refunds
Cancellations, no-shows, credits, and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy applicable to the transaction. Applicable cancellation charges may reflect committed time, travel, arrival, or work already begun, but arbitrary or undisclosed charges are not authorized. Nothing in this section limits cancellation or refund rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
26. Communications
2Hands may provide operational communications through the Platform, email, push notification, SMS, telephone, or other supported channels. Service-related communications may include account information, request status, Helper activity, payment information, safety information, or support.
27. SMS Communications
Consent to these Terms alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS where separate consent is required. When a User affirmatively opts in, 2Hands may send transactional messages related to the User's account and service requests. Message frequency may vary and message/data rates may apply. Users may opt out through supported mechanisms, including STOP where applicable. SMS may be provided through Twilio; phone authentication may separately be provided through Firebase.
28. Email and Push Notifications
2Hands may send transactional emails or push notifications concerning Platform activity. Helpers may receive notifications regarding available opportunities; Customers may receive request-related updates. Receiving an opportunity notification does not guarantee that a Helper will receive or perform the request.
29. Location Information
The Platform may use addresses, location information, estimated distance, or device location to identify service areas, match Users, calculate distance, coordinate arrival, display relevant opportunities, support safety, prevent fraud, or operate Platform functionality. Providing location information does not mean 2Hands physically supervises a User. Exact Customer location should be disclosed only when reasonably necessary.
30. Identity, Eligibility, and Safety Measures
2Hands may use identity verification, phone verification, profile information, administrative approval, account history, ratings, documentation, or third-party verification tools. These measures support Platform operations and safety but are not guarantees that a User is safe, trustworthy, free of criminal history, skilled, licensed, insured, or likely to behave appropriately.
31. Background Checks and Verification
If 2Hands introduces background checks, identity verification, credential review, or similar screening, the scope and limitations may be disclosed separately. No screening process can guarantee that all information about a User is complete, current, accurate, or predictive of future behavior. Approval is not a guarantee of conduct.
32. Emergencies and Safety
2Hands is not an emergency response service. Users should not use the Platform as a substitute for police, fire, emergency medical, or other emergency services. If a situation presents immediate danger, Users should contact appropriate emergency authorities. A User who believes a task has become unsafe should stop participation when reasonably possible and move to safety.
33. Property Damage, Personal Injury, Theft, and Other Incidents
Each Customer and Helper remains responsible for their own acts and omissions to the extent provided by law. A Helper may be responsible for damage, injury, theft, negligence, or misconduct caused by the Helper. A Customer may be responsible for concealed hazards, unsafe conditions, misconduct, unlawful requests, misrepresentations, or other harm caused by the Customer. Significant incidents should be promptly reported to 2Hands when reasonably possible.
34. 2Hands Is Not an Insurer
2Hands is not an insurance company. Unless 2Hands expressly offers a separate written protection or insurance program applicable to a transaction, 2Hands does not guarantee payment or reimbursement for property damage, bodily injury, theft, lost property, lost income, poor workmanship, incomplete work, accidents, or losses caused by another User. Assistance in reviewing an incident is not an admission of fault or legal responsibility.
35. Disputes Between Customers and Helpers
Disputes arising from actual task performance are primarily between the Customer and Helper. 2Hands may assist by reviewing Platform communications, photos, timestamps, request information, payment information, location or status records, User statements, and other available records. 2Hands may issue credits or adjustments or take account action. Such assistance does not make 2Hands the employer, insurer, agent, legal representative, arbitrator, or guarantor of either User.
36. No Guarantee of Service Quality or Outcome
2Hands does not guarantee quality of Helper work, particular skills unless expressly verified, Customer satisfaction, completion, punctuality, appropriate User behavior, or a particular transaction outcome. Ratings, reviews, verification, or Platform approval do not constitute a warranty by 2Hands.
37. Reviews and Ratings
2Hands may permit Users to submit ratings, reviews, comments, feedback, photos, or other information. Users may not knowingly submit fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, intentionally false, defamatory in violation of law, harassing, or manipulatively submitted content. 2Hands may remove or moderate content violating these Terms or Platform policies.
38. User Content
Users retain ownership of content they lawfully provide. By submitting content, the User grants 2Hands a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, facilitate requests, provide support, prevent fraud, investigate incidents, enforce Terms, improve functionality, and comply with law. This license does not transfer ownership.
39. Photos, Video, Audio, and Documentation
Users may submit photos, videos, communications, timestamps, status records, or other documentation related to a request. Users are responsible for ensuring creation or submission complies with applicable law. Nothing in the Platform authorizes secret recording where doing so would violate applicable law.
40. Fraud and Platform Abuse
2Hands may investigate suspected fraud, identity manipulation, payment abuse, false requests, false claims, collusion, account sharing, duplicate accounts, circumvention, theft, misuse of promotions, or other abuse. 2Hands may preserve relevant records and cooperate with payment processors, insurers, law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other legally authorized parties when appropriate and lawful.
41. Suspension and Termination
2Hands may restrict, suspend, deactivate, or terminate Platform access for violations of these Terms, unsafe behavior, fraud, violence or threats, harassment, theft, repeated serious complaints, material misrepresentation, payment abuse, illegal activity, circumvention, creation of replacement accounts following restriction, or other conduct reasonably considered a material risk. Serious safety, fraud, or legal concerns may result in immediate restriction.
42. Effect of Account Termination
Termination or deletion does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations, claims arising before termination, legal obligations, fraud-prevention records, required financial or tax records, incident records, or other information 2Hands may lawfully retain. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.
43. Third-Party Services
2Hands may depend on third-party providers for authentication, payments, SMS, email, maps, geolocation, hosting, analytics, fraud prevention, identity verification, and other technical functionality. Third-party services may experience outages, errors, delays, or interruptions outside 2Hands' reasonable control. Data practices are further addressed in the Privacy Policy.
44. Platform Availability
2Hands does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, error-free, or permanent Platform availability. 2Hands may update, repair, modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or restrict functions and may take immediate action when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, maintenance, User safety, or Platform stability.
45. Intellectual Property
The 2Hands name, trademarks, logos, software, design, graphics, interfaces, proprietary text, technology, and other intellectual property belonging to 2Hands or its licensors are protected by law. Users receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for intended purposes and may not copy, sell, license, reverse engineer, scrape, republish, misappropriate, or commercially exploit protected Platform technology or content except where permitted by law.
46. No Agency
Neither Customers nor Helpers are authorized agents of 2Hands. No User may represent that 2Hands authorized that User to make statements, guarantees, warranties, contracts, or commitments on behalf of 2Hands. A User's statements to another User do not bind 2Hands unless separately confirmed by an authorized 2Hands representative.
47. No Fiduciary Relationship
Use of 2Hands does not create a fiduciary relationship between 2Hands and a Customer or Helper. Facilitation of payments, communications, or transactions does not make 2Hands a trustee, financial adviser, attorney, insurer, or fiduciary.
48. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." 2HANDS DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE EXTENT THEY MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED. 2HANDS DOES NOT WARRANT USER CONDUCT, HELPER WORK QUALITY, ACCURACY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY ANOTHER USER, SAFETY OF AN INTERACTION, AVAILABILITY OF A HELPER, COMPLETION OF A REQUEST, FITNESS OF A HELPER FOR A PARTICULAR TASK, OR A PARTICULAR RESULT. NOTHING DISCLAIMS A WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT LAW DOES NOT PERMIT TO BE DISCLAIMED.
49. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FITASOL LLC, 2HANDS, AND THEIR MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR A TRANSACTION BETWEEN USERS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF A PARTICULAR USER OR TRANSACTION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF PLATFORM FEES ACTUALLY PAID TO 2HANDS BY THE CLAIMING USER DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT OR $100. THIS LIMIT DOES NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.
50. User Acts Do Not Become 2Hands Acts
A Customer's or Helper's conduct remains that User's conduct. The fact that 2Hands connected the parties, displayed the request, accepted payment, provided a profile, sent a notification, provided location technology, approved an account, provided support, reviewed a complaint, or took administrative action does not by itself make 2Hands legally responsible for the User's independent conduct.
51. Safety Features Do Not Create a Guarantee
2Hands may voluntarily implement identity verification, account approval, ratings, incident reporting, location functionality, status tracking, fraud detection, support procedures, or account review. These measures are intended to improve Platform operations and safety but do not constitute a contractual promise that 2Hands will identify, prevent, detect, investigate, or eliminate every unsafe act, hazard, fraudulent User, or harmful event.
52. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, each User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FitaSol LLC, 2Hands, and their members, managers, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives from third-party claims, demands, actions, damages, judgments, liabilities, losses, penalties, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of the User's acts or omissions, tasks performed by the User, bodily injury or property damage caused by the User, unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, fraud, infringement, misuse of the Platform, information or content submitted by the User, or disputes resulting from the User's conduct with another User. This does not require indemnification for liability the law prohibits shifting.
53. Taxes and Helper Obligations
Helpers are responsible for understanding and satisfying their own tax obligations arising from income earned through the Platform. 2Hands may collect tax documentation and provide information reporting, including applicable Forms 1099, when legally required. Additional obligations may be contained in the Helper Agreement.
54. Helper Agreement
Helpers may be required to accept a separate Helper Agreement before performing requests. That agreement may establish additional requirements concerning independent activity, taxes, payments, conduct, safety, insurance, qualifications, prohibited services, Customer information, confidentiality, disputes, and Platform deactivation. More specific Helper provisions control over inconsistent general provisions on the same subject.
55. Privacy
Collection, processing, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are addressed in the 2Hands Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is separate from these Terms and may maintain its own version number and effective date.
56. Separate Consents
Certain activities may require separate affirmative consent, including SMS communications, payment authorizations, saved payment methods, material changes to a request, additional charges, Helper-specific agreements, or other legally significant actions. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace separate consent when 2Hands determines it is appropriate or legally required.
57. Electronic Agreement
You agree that transactions and agreements with 2Hands may be conducted electronically to the extent permitted by law. Checking an agreement box, pressing an Agree button, electronically signing, or taking another affirmative action clearly associated with the agreement may constitute acceptance. 2Hands may maintain electronic records documenting acceptance.
58. Acceptance Records and Document Versions
2Hands may record information reasonably necessary to document acceptance, including User account, document type, version number, date and time, acceptance event, technical information associated with acceptance, and an electronic identifier or content hash. Acceptance of one version does not mean acceptance of a materially different future version. Historical records may be retained for legal, compliance, audit, and dispute purposes.
59. Updates to These Terms
2Hands may update these Terms. Each published document may contain a version number and effective date. If a change is material or otherwise requires renewed agreement, 2Hands may require Users to affirmatively accept the new version before continuing to access some or all Platform functionality. Non-material formatting, administrative, or clarification changes may not require renewed acceptance where legally permitted.
60. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or another mandatory law applies.
61. Venue and Disputes Involving 2Hands
Before filing legal action against 2Hands, a User is encouraged to contact support and provide a reasonable opportunity to address the dispute informally. Subject to rights that cannot legally be waived, judicial proceedings involving FitaSol LLC or 2Hands arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Utah.
62. No Waiver
A failure by 2Hands to enforce any provision on one occasion does not waive 2Hands' right to enforce that or another provision later.
63. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary. Remaining provisions continue in effect unless applicable law requires otherwise.
64. Assignment
Users may not transfer or assign their rights or obligations under these Terms without written authorization from 2Hands. 2Hands may assign or transfer its rights or obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale, reorganization, financing, transfer of assets, change of control, or transfer of the Platform, subject to applicable law.
65. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with documents and policies expressly incorporated into the applicable relationship, constitute the agreement concerning general use of the 2Hands Platform. Applicable additional documents may include the Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Helper Agreement, Payment Authorization, and transaction-specific terms.
66. Order of Priority
Where a specific transaction or Helper agreement expressly addresses a subject differently from these general Terms, the more specific applicable provision controls regarding that subject to the extent of an actual conflict. No Helper or Customer may independently alter these Terms on behalf of 2Hands.
67. No Third-Party Beneficiaries
Except where expressly stated otherwise, these Terms do not create contractual rights for persons who are not parties to them.
68. Survival
Provisions concerning payments, User responsibility, intellectual property, fraud, records, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, disputes, governing law, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will continue after account closure or termination.
69. Contact Information
2Hands is operated by FitaSol LLC d/b/a 2Hands App, Utah, United States. Website: 2handsapp.com. Support: support@2handsapp.com.
70. Acknowledgment
By affirmatively accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you had an opportunity to review them; understand that 2Hands operates a technology platform and does not itself perform underlying Helper services; understand that Customers and Helpers remain responsible for their own acts and omissions; understand that separate policies or consents may apply to payments, SMS, refunds, cancellations, and Helper participation; and agree to be bound by these Terms.
