What can I ask for help with?
Start with your need, not a category. You can ask for help with daily tasks, errands, pets, personal projects, events or non-medical companionship. Some needs are simple; others are specific to you. The app helps clarify what you are asking for. Availability and permitted tasks vary.
Do I have to choose a service first?
No. Describe what you need in your own words. 2Hands asks for the missing details and organizes your request so you can review it.
How does pricing work?
The price depends on the request, its duration and the number of Helpers. Review the details and total shown in the app before confirming payment.
Where is 2Hands available?
2Hands is starting in Utah. Availability depends on your location, timing, request and the Helpers nearby. Enter your details in the app to get started.
What happens if nobody accepts?
A request is not a guaranteed booking. Acceptance depends on Helper availability. For help with an unaccepted request or a payment, contact support@2handsapp.com before making another payment.
How do I become a Helper?
Choose Become a Helper to open the Helper experience. Helpers are independent people who can review available requests and decide which opportunities they want to accept.
Are there any limits to what I can request?
2Hands is for permitted, non-emergency help. Childcare, transporting people, medical or personal care, unsafe work and unsupported regulated professional services are excluded. Contact support if you are unsure about your request.
